ANKENY, Iowa, June 10, 2026 — Albaugh, LLC announced today that Matt Smith has joined the company as a regional sales manager on the crop protection commercial sales team. In this role, he will be providing sales leadership and support to customers across the Mid-South.
Matt brings more than 28 years of ag industry experience across farming, retail, and manufacturing. His background spans roles in operations, sales, and management at the branch, area, regional, and national levels. He has a strong track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives, with experience ranging from field sales and corporate strategy to account management.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Mississippi State University. He is based out of Madison, Miss., where he resides with his wife, Robin, and their family.
