
ANKENY, Iowa, October 1, 2025 — Albaugh, LLC announced today that Melissa Duncan has joined the company as Group Deputy General Counsel. In this role, Duncan will oversee the legal function within the Albaugh global organization, providing advice and legal support for all company functions and serving as the Chief Compliance Officer. She will also advise and support the legal teams in each of Albaugh’s global regions.
Duncan brings more than 30 years of legal experience across the crop protection industry, with a background that includes roles in global issues management, external affairs, and most recently serving as Syngenta’s head of legal for global seeds and for North America.

Duncan holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from the Drake University Law School. She will be based in Ankeny, Iowa.
