Riceprole™  5L ST

Active Ingredient: chlorantraniliprole

Riceprole™ 5L ST is a member of the anthranilic diamide class of insecticides with a novel mode of action acting on insect ryanodine receptors. It is effective through ingestion of treated plant material. After exposure, affected insects will  rapidly stop feeding, become paralyzed, and typically die within 1-3 days.

When applied according to labeled rates, Riceprole 5L ST will provide protection against injury from early to mid-season insects. Apply at 1.5-6.0 fl oz/100 lbs of seed, depending on rough rice seeding rates and/or pest infestation levels. Do not use more than 0.084 lb ai per acre. Riceprole 5L ST-treated rice may be replanted if an emergency replanting due to crop failure occurs.

Riceprole 5L ST is not registered for use in California.
