Sparrow®

Active Ingredient: Rimsulfuron , Nicosulfuron

Sparrow® is a contact herbicide with system activity and long-lasting residual, with a built-in safener. Sparrow is a water-dispersible granule used at the rate of 1.5 oz/A for selective postemergence grass and broadleaf weed control in field corn up to 20”. For optimal results, apply to corn no taller than 12” (4-5” weeds). Many non-target crops can be sensitive to Sparrow. Direct or indirect contact (including spray drift) with crops other than field corn must be avoided. Use 50-mesh or larger strainer screens for all application systems. Do not make applications of Sparrow through any type of irrigation system.
