Principal Duties & Responsibilites

• Support various projects within the organization.

• Act as a key-user of the project management systems and tools.

• Manage requirements of the project throughout the project lifecycle.

• Setup dashboards, analysis and reports of projects, programs of portfolios.

• Support the project manager to improve processes or design new practices.

• Be in charge of contract and invoice control.

• Maintain a good communication and good working relationship with project team members and other involved functional areas.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, agrochemical regulatory industry would be an advantage

• Responsible for over €100mio of investments projects – budget, timelines, milestones and scope

• Project Management qualifications with a business or scientific degree

• High level proficiency in leading project management systems, experience in JIRA would be an advantage as well as database type tools

• Good communication and experience in coordination of activities across functions and with key stakeholders

• Fluent written and spoken English
