Principal Duties & Responsibilites
• Assist the Project Manager in maintaining a structured project and contract administration environment across Albaugh EMEA;
• Support the preparation of reports, trackers, presentations, meeting materials, and follow-up actions, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that project and contract-related information is complete, reliable, and up to date;
• Be responsible for end-to-end product sample management, ensuring that samples requirements are identified, production is coordinated and delivered to stakeholders on time;
• Be responsible for the day to day management of contracts and invoices, including collection of information and coordination of the approval steps;
• Support the adoption and correct use of digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, SAP, and other internal systems, contributing to process efficiency, data quality, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements
• 0-2 years of professional experience in project coordination, business administration, regulatory affairs, data management, or a similar support role;
• Previous exposure to project tracking, reporting, contract management or cross-functional coordination
• Experience in the agrochemical, chemical, life sciences, regulatory, or manufacturing sector would be an advantage, but it is not required
• Fluent (written and spoken) English, in addition to local language
• Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability
• Entrepreneurial spirit
