Principal Duties & Responsibilites
• Provides up-to-date knowledge of EU, Plant Protection Product packaging requirements
• Develop strategies to ensure compliant packaging across the product portfolio
• Advise the regulatory team which studies are required to support specific packaging
• Ensure clear effective communication between the supply chain and regulatory team
• Work alongside compliance function to review and rationalise the packaging portfolio and ensure compliance
• Provide sales and packaging data to assist with annual returns or reporting
• Provide support with packaging related questions from other authorities and countries
• Responsible for managing container safety, material compliance and legal standards
• Give advice on container performance, environmental rules and hazard labelling
• Act as a bridge between Regulatory & Development, Supply Chain and Regulatory authorities to maintain compliance and prevent environmental and human hazards
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements
• 2-5 years' experience in packaging compliance or a similar support role
• Experience in safety certifications (Securing UN-certified packaging for dangerous goods transport and leak-proof container designs) and Line integration (Checking/matching packaging materials/packaging lines/formulations)
• Experience in Regulatory Compliance & Environmental Laws (European PPWR & EPR)
• Experience in the agrochemical, chemical, life sciences, regulatory, or manufacturing sector
• Fluent (written and spoken) English, in addition to local language
