Principal Duties & Responsibilites

• Design and coordinate product presentations on Albaugh’s products.

• Provide technical support to the sales team through presentations.

• Deliver presentations to customers and other stakeholders in the territory.

• Analyze market trends to anticipate solutions for treatments.

• Suggest best practices on product usage.

• Develop business plans benchmarking against competitors.

• Liaise with third parties (local administrations, professional bodies, etc.) on Albaugh’s portfolio and best practices.

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to address reps’ and customers’ needs.

• Work with Regulatory to monitor gaps caused by product bans.

• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure conformity with content and launches across regions.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in technical roles for Crop Protection products.

• Strong technical expertise in key crops of the country.

• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work in an international environment.

• Business travel expected: approximately 50% across Maghreb
