Principal Duties & Responsibilites

• Selling our products to the trade organizations (wholesale, cooperatives, agricultural trade) and advising farmers and contractors

• Creation of sales concepts

• Expansion of market shares in the defined sales area

• Implementation of sales promotion measures

• Participation in regional fairs

• Initiating customer and information events

• Close cooperation with the Business Manager and Customer & Technical Support Manager

• Place of residence in the sales area and willingness to travel on

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements

• Degree in Agronomic sector, ideally with experience in plant protection or the upstream area of agriculture

• Fluent (written and spoken) English, in addition to German

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Ag input commercial roles, in Germany

• Very good knowledge about market structure, excellent relationship with key stakeholders. and good technical knowledge in the key crops of the country

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, autonomous

• Business travel is expected for that position
