PICNEAT® 100 EC is an insecticide analogue of the juvenile hormone of insects, suppressor of embryogenesis, inhibitor of metamorphosis and adult formation which generates its ovicidal effect and control of immature states.

Description

Use: Insecticide

Formulation: Emulsifiable concentrate - EC.

Mode of Action: Acts as a larvicide and ovicide by overloading the hormonal system of target insects. It acts by contact and ingestion and prevents insect larvae from developing into adults.

There is evidence that PICNEAT 100 EC moves within leaves but is not systemic in plants.
