Position Overview

Our company, Albaugh Europe, specialist in the industry of commodity and semi-specialty plant protection products, is positioned today as the major alternative in the provision of quality solutions, responding to agricultural issues today.
As part of its development, Albaugh is looking for a sales representative for the North East France zone in order to support its sales and launch its new projects.

Principal Duties & Responsibilites

Negotiation:
• Lead the negotiation cycles practiced in the regions (regional groups, cooperative distributors and traders)
• Promote local referencing
• Negotiate customer service purchases
• Conduct referencing interviews, monitoring the execution of procurement plans and finalizations
• Manage forecasts for customers in your area
• Set up and monitor annual contracts
• Establish end-of-campaign reports
 
Promotion/sales support:
• Regionally decline the decisions/referencing adopted with national groups.
• Popularize the Albaugh offer in local companies (market managers, regional managers, facilitators) members of national groups
• Lead technical sales meetings.
• Be in charge of competitive intelligence
• Act as a relay for the Technical and Marketing Manager with customer technical services and prescribers

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements

• Minimum bac+3 in Agriculture
• Minimum experience of 10 years in the field of plant protection products, in a cooperative or agricultural trader or a plant health firm
• Fluent level of English (regular contact with European teams)
• Curious, entrepreneur
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, autonomy
• Attractive remuneration depending on experience + bonus + vehicle
• Regular trips of several days to be expected
• Full-time permanent home office position
